Greetings. I have recently received a used Snap Server 4400 in my shop from a medical company that no longer had a use for it. I am trying to see if I can get it up and running for my purposes. However, there have been a few snags.

1) I cannot see/find the server using the manager program from the Adaptec site.
2) I cannot find the reset button. It is said to be a white button to the left of the black power button inside. I cannot find such a button.
3) Everything seems to boot fine as far as I can tell.
4) I cannot connect to the server using 10.10.10.10.
5) I have downloaded every program except Guardian OS from the Adaptec site.
6) I have not yet connected the drives to another system to check if there's even anything on them. I'm about to do that today.
7) Am I correct in assuming that I will have to contact Adaptec and order some sort of a new lease for the software or something?

Any and all assistance is appreciated.
