hello everyone,

i an new to snap servers and i have been charged with the resurrection of a 4100n. it was set up by a previous network admin at a company i am consulting for. he did not leave a password when he was "let go". i have followed the instructions that i found in the faq's about resetting the admin password by using the reset button and getting the 2 blinks then restarting. however, every time i try and connect by either ip address or by the name itself, it will not allow me access using the default u: admin p: admin. does anyone have any other ideas about why its acting up? i have tried both IE7 and firefox to access it.

formatting the machine is NOT an option.
