Read the label on the antifreeze, as some is sold now as "ready to use" which means it is 50% antifreeze and 50% water already.
The non-conductive fluids available commercially rapidly become conductive when in use.
You can look at Fluorient, it's been tried and works well.

It's just that it costs $200-800 per gallon.
