Hello,

I recently had a drive fail on one of my 2200's. I followed the directions on this site and replaced both drives with new ones (Thank you). All is well except that I don’t have the "SnapExtensions" menu option anymore. I have a second machine that I sync with using "Server to Server Synchronization". The second server pulls the data. Any ideas on what happened to the Virtual Machine?

Also, I have all the valid licensing keys for S2Sv1 but I'm not under an Adaptec support contract. Is there a way to download VM again?
