Try getting the latest version of Snap Assist to see what type of information you can get from the box.

Watching the front LCD, does the unit come up completely? No errors?

If the data on the set isn't important, I'd try different drives in the first one or two slots to see if you can get it to pivot off a different drive. Keep the drive order the way it was, just in case.
