Default Re: Cant get into a 12000

It looks like it comes up fine.. "Booting v3.2.667", searches for an IP, gets it, and sits at the normal idle display. 0 events. The system light is giving single blinks, no HD lights are on at all, but they blinked while the system was booting up.

The data on it is not important.
no idea how to get into a debug if I cannot get the web interface to work, and cant login via console.
the drives were setup as two RAID 5 arrays.

Snap Assist tells me:
Software Version: 4.0.860
Hardware Version: 4.0.0
Code Page: 437 (US English)
Discovery: RPC MAN

clicking on web browser ofcorse brings up a webpage, asks for user/pass, which I put in, then has a blank white screen and pretends that its going to load something...

Also, Snap Assist pretends to build a new config, can assign a new IP, but cannot get beyond that. It seems that SnapAssist is trying to utilize the webserver on the snap to send the new config, of course the webserver is whats broken, so the new config cannot happen. Also, it does not seem to want to take a new OS using the OSUPDATE.EXE utility either.
I've tried to update it via holding the middle button, and selecting "Firmware Upgrade", but then the osupdate util does not even find it.
