Ok, so I used the management cards administrator account/pw to configure the snap server UPS settings. It still doesn't work. The Status still reads "Unknown"

The Guardian OS is case sensitive, and so is the APC.
The enable box must e checked.
Use admin and PW not the device (APC) and pw. The device (APC) does not have the proper rights to work.
