Reboot the unit (a clean power off reboot) and then try. Also, turn off (disable) any of the extras you might have running (like the CA AV). Once you have done that, try again.

If that don't work, try adding some memory (PC2100 ECC Reg DDR).

If that don't work, force it into recovery mode and try there.

If that don't work, then come grab me in e-mail and we will see what we can do (no, I am not free of charge for this type work).
