From what I have been able to determine, it is from the OS partition. But their own database says to use that command, which shows memory, not HD space.
My guess is, if he follows what I told him to do, it will work. Either that, or there is something wrong with the unit. But cleaning up a little user space never hurts either.
Funny, we have not heard back from him yet as to how much user space was available etc...
