The 1x2 led pattern indicates it did not find a boot drive. I would open the unit up and swap the drive positions. In most cases it will boot. If their Maxtor's your on borrowed time.

In general once you loose 1 drive the other is not far behind it. I've seen the second drive fail with in days of the first. So when it boots do a backup of your data. Now is the time to do a HD upgrade.

Once you have your data backed up you need to backup the OS boot tracks. Without this you can not recover if you loose the second drive. Instruction for backing up the boot tracks in in the FAQ's and wiki. Or install a spare HD in place of the first and it will copy the boot tracks over.
