R134 AC Gas Block-Heat Pipe

I am thinking of making a crossdrilled block, very small in size along with a heat pipe and at the end of heat pipe a heat sink. The block would have R134 gas in it for evaporative cooling. And this is for the voltage regulators. Need advice on:

a) If it is going to outperform a normal HSF/water block
b) And anything in particular that I should know of?
