Yeah. I don't know what the hell "magicool" is but I can tell ya it should all fit. I'd buy from swiftech or d-tek. Those products can be found at PTS (www.petrastechshop.com) The MCP 655 is an excellent quiet pump, good choice! Now for the maximum quiet you will want your radiator in a foam padded box behind your desk for example. To keep things compact then you will want to undervolt cheap fans or just use quiet fans. to keep things even quieter you may want to just use a very large container (trash can size) and keep it outside your window. People have said that works nicely.
