Steve is there a peltier under the WB on CPU?
Did you explain you have a dual curcuit - Dual pump/resevior and the Peltier in the box is an inline chiller?
In similar experiment - after getting a pair of peltiers in a sandwich - cooled with a radiator on the secondary side. I found that if on the primary ( cold side ) I got lower temperatures by not not running a fan/radiator on the primary cold side.
( just pulled the power to the fans on Primary Radiator )
