Default Snapshots Pending on 410 but no NDMP is enabled

Ok guys - my first post and I might not know what I'm talking/asking about so bear with me.

I have a couple of snapshots pending on my 410 that I can't figure out. The Manual says this is from one of two things;
1. "either an NDMP backup fails during the actual backup of data or
2. if no snapshot space is available when an NDMP backup is running it will leave a pending snapshot"

At any rate - I do not have NDMP running for backups on this Snapserver 410.
I have 142 Gig reserved ofr snapshots and only 36 Gig used. Snapshots are scheduled to expire in 30 days.

Error log is attached below pertaining to these pending snapshots.

Running Guardian OS 4.4.049 and 256 meg of ram.

createSnapshot(): Aborting createSnapshot (freezeCheck -16) SNAP 04/02 8:14:29 PM
createSnapshot(): Aborting createSnapshot (freezeCheck -16) SNAP 04/02 8:13:29 PM
I createSnapshot(): /usr/sbin/xfs_freeze did not finish in 300 seconds SNAP 04/02 8:12:29 PM
I createSnapshot(): '/usr/sbin/xfs_freeze -f /hd/vol_mnt0' failed. SNAP 04/02 8:12:29 PM
I createSnapshot(): '/usr/sbin/xfs_freeze -f /hd/vol_mnt0' failed. SNAP 04/02 8:12:29 PM

Any help would be appreciated.
