Hi folks.

I'll soon be upgrading the 256meg ram in my 410 to 1 gig. It will be (2) sticks of Adaptec ram purchased from CDW.

Is there anything special about doing this? Do I have to get into the root system via my null modem cable and tell the system it now has 1gig?

The downloaded documentation simply says to pop the hood take out ram insert new ram and close it up, start server.

Things rarely go that easy around here.
