You may need to change the jumper sitting on the new HD (you did change them after the copy, right?). Some of the newer drives work best as CS. The older ones Master.
Did you use the Linux version of Digital Dolly or the Live CD version?
If it does not come up and the jumper change did not work, you need to re-copy the boot tracks again.
Solid Disk LED means it doing some drive work, maybe init the drive. Let it go, after 20 min see if you can connect and get to the drive utility.

Yes I put master jumper on 15GB HD and put salve jumber on 160GB. I use old version of digital dolly after it completed I change slave to CS then put on snap server 1000. Disk LED still ON more than an hour nothing happen.
