Orthos is a program designed to fully load your CPU. This will make it just as hot as a game would and allows you to check your temps at the same time. Anything below 60C is safe and anything below 50C is fine
If you don't need any more speed then your fine with the cooling you have. If you want your computer to last forever or want to overclock it then I guess you'd want to consider some better cooling. A new air heatsink will be about as good as a WC system with a 120mm radiator so thats something for you to think about. If you do decide to water cool then I'd recommend something like a 2x 120MM radiator or heater core (two 120 mm fans or 5 in x 10 in) and if you want a good block then probably something from swiftech or d-tek.
