Thank you again very much. After some hard looking I found the cd! But I still can't connect to my Snap Server. I think it may be a network problem. I connected the device to my router that has a DHCP server built in.

The network LED is blinking randomly, but most of the time it's off.

I tried different network cables, different ports on my router and different computers where I started the assist utility. But the window stays empty.

I searched with Angry IP Scanner but it found nothing. Does the device use some kind of fall back IP address that I could look for? Or can I maybe find it through it's MAC address?
