Default Water Block - Heat Pipe

I am thinking of upgrading cooling of my 8600GT PCI E card. Stock is passively cooled with Cu heatpipes and Au heat plates/spreaders without any Fan.

With Fan the temperature lies between 52-55C idle and I guess 70C with load (no OC).

I am thinking of using the existing heat pipes and just replacing the Au heat spreaders. I do not have a design in mind yet and need help with that.

The design should be such that I do not have to modify the heat pipes, just slide away the Al heat spreaders of it. Something made from Cu with Water circulating in it that can be attached/detached / slid on without messing around with VGA.
