Pro/Forums - View Single Post - Snap410 locked files

Not sure how some of my users did it but they managed to get some files locked to the point where noone can view, rename, move or delete them. Several reboots of the Snap - cold and warm - have had no effect. Support has expired so Adaptec has been no help. I was wondering if anybody knew of a way to get in through the debug console and force a release of the locks or even manually delete the files? I was able to recover all of the data from back-ups so no problem there, just need to get rid of the shrapnel.

Unit is: Snap 410 GOS 4.4.049 with SP3 applied
have had almost no problems with it in a years worth of use
