Some times it's easier to just delete the user share. The add it back in, then restore the files from backup.

Your suggestion worked. It has been some time since my mainframe days but getting back to a command line interface those oft used commands from the past - pwd, ls -l, chmod, rm -r, . . . - came right back. Many thanks, JELo
