I am in a similar situation with TWO of my 4000s (separate locations, both have orphans that will not resync.).
I tried calling, PMing and emailing snap-tech and have had no luck (phone numbers are OOS). Can anyone put me in touch with Douglas? I tried his business and home phone numbers - neither in service.
