Dave is right, you need to call tech support...

But with their help you should be able to get it going again? I thought that it would take you to the recovery console where you could re-load a full image?

I would love to hear back about what the result is!


For any new buyers out there;
All new units get;
30 Days (for the 110, 210 & 410) or
90 Days (for the 520, 620 & 650)
full access to downloads with a new unit so register it asap while you are waiting for tech support to call back...

If you buy a contract6 you can always get access.


I have been told that 410's get 90 days but this is not what it says on the website... so I am not sure...

The disc that comes with the unit has Storage manager etc, It does not have an image so all new users should go online while they have access and download everything they can and keep it all handy as many repairs need the image and if you do not have it that = more $$$ to get it...


phkk, while/if you can get online and see if you still have access and can download the updates
