Greetings,

Several weeks ago, I called Overland and inquired about what the highest capacity drives I could install in a 4500. I now have 4 new 500gig IDE drives installed. I failed to inquire what if anything I need to do to bring the system online. I was under the impression the OS is firmware driven but it appears it resides on the drives. Therefore, I am sitting at a raw, no OS state with this 4500.

It is possible for the end user to re-install the SnapOS or is it a manufacturer deal only?

If possible, please advise on the procedure.
I have all the CDs that came with the unit.
