Don't bother with a south bridge water block unless it feels really hot, they don't usually need it or benefit from it and It'll just add restriction to your loop. Also remember that passive can work done right but even a bit of airflow can make a big difference. Placing that Zalman tower near your window (If you live in a cold place) or with some breeze over it might make your temps better. What hardware are you running?
