Well silence , I really don't care for , lol my mid tower gamin rig sounds like a jet so I'm used to it....ehhh mainly I figured watercooling would work more efficient in a small place (correct me if I'm wrong) ...secondly as in budget I reallllly would like to stay under $200 but if I must then whatever ill stretch the budget........
ive never overclocked before , so i want to start , im just scared to do it without the right stuff , (sufficient cooling and etc)
