Thanks for the reply.

I am running XP Pro and the subnet was the same, 255.255.255.0

I performed a full reset. (click the reset key 4 times, ensure 4 repeating blinks, then hit the reset again.) Unless I did something incorrectly, I assume that it should then default to DHCP, correct?

I cannot connect to the unit's old IP, either via the http interface, nor with a simple ping.

Really odd...but not completely surprizing, as I have three of the 1100's, and all of them seem to be less than stable/reliable, especially after transport or unexpected power outages.

The odd thing is that the assist program seems to find the unit during the initial scanning phase, it just can't seem to issue the proper commands to it.
