Default Few Questions about installing larger drives

Hello all. I've dug through about 10 pages of threads in an effort to avoid asking stupid/redundant questions, and I think I have it figured out, but I want to double check before I tell the boss to drop $500 in drives just to not have them work.

I have a Snap Server 4200 and it works flawlessly for what I use it for (just a big RAID 5 to dump backups in). It has 4 of the 160 gig drives in it. The problem is I'm quickly running out of space. I'm looking at these drives:

But I have a question.

One, will the 4200 be able to see and handle the space on the new drives given my OS and BIOS?
4200 GuardianOS 3.1.079 BIOS: 3B01

From what I gather from reading the posts here, it would behoove me to get an updated version of the OS, but I'm afraid I only have the CD that came with the unit.

I actually did run into OS 50133, but when I try to install it I get an error that says:
Error updating the OS. Image file does not have the proper signature

So basically I'm just asking if I can stick 4 of those drives I linked to into my 4200 and have it work.

Thanks!
