This says P4SP6 and the link you just gave is for a P4DP6 in which I found. So if it is the P4DP6 you just linked then it appears to have mounting screws. The Swiftech Apogee 1U is designed for servers.

It will be a lot easier, more professional, better performance and probably cheaper just to buy the blocks. You probably will not find a design to build such a block here. I can't remember anyone ever using that type of motherboard.
