OK, I did what blue said, and with one drive, everything was fine, nice and quick. Then, I installed drive 2, hot. Everything still seemed fine, nice and quick, no errors, et cetera.

Put in third drive, everythig is sloooooow. The light on the first drive is lit up solid.

Also, it says it has 250mb of ram. I has a 512 stick laying around, so I put it in there and it wasn't recocnized. So I took out the 256 stick and put the 512 stick in it's place. The server didn't start at all. Same name memory. The only difference was the speed (333 vs 233) and it wasn't ECC.

So I'm stuck at 250mb of ram.
