OK, I went back to devices and deleted the vol. It took about 3 more minutes, but now it's running speedy again, and all three drives show up as unassigned.

I'm going to add the 4th now.


As far as everything else, I did exactly what you said. Delete three drives, clean install on the one drive in the server.
