OK, So If I put one drive in, and only one drive, I can transfer 14 gigs in about 33 minutes. Also, my network utilization is aroun 75 percent.

If I put another drive in, and try to do the same thing to that drive, it says it'll take 222 minutes with the network utilization around 9 to 20 percent.

The funny part is that not only does the second drive go slow, if I try to do the same thing to the first drive, which was fast, it is now just as slow as the second drive.

Can anyone tell me how to get into the bios and how to disable the watchdog thingy?
