I also have a Snap Server 520 with 3TB hdd and 2GB RAM, it has GuardianOS 4.4.049 SP3 installed, I don't know why it reports itself like Snap Server 550... any way, I try to ssh to it and it always freeze, no matter the client, ssh, putty, apple, linux, etc. I've read on the Internet and try debug mode and the last line I got is debug1: channel 0: free: client-session, nchannels 1 and then it freezes

any idea?
