These things have a mind of their own. The 1st new 1.5tb drive booted and had only the 486gig sda4 partition. I put in the second new drive and both synced except that the second drive never had the sdb4 partition created. I was able to somehow reboot and get in recovery console and did a fresh reload. I was hoping that the sd#4 partition would be recreated with the correct size, but instead sda4 is gone. I have now two disks that come up in the gui with unknown for the size.

Any ideas out there? Freenas is looking very tempting. I was thinking about trying to downgrade GOS v4.2 and see if I have any better luck.
