Your drive looks to be unmounted. Did you format the drive after coping the image(bin) of the SnapOS on the 500GB HHD?

from debug:

conf dev format 10000 /reinit
then,
reboot

This should format your HHD to 500GB after this then we can resize the HHD to 400GB, but not until then.
