any way to have the two orphaned drive recovered ? I know that on a raid 5 with 4 disk it's impossible, but if someone has good suggestion will be welcome.

I was thinking to connect the server crossed to my laptop/desktop and see if I can recover data with some sw tool ( RStudio, UFS Explorer or Raid data recovery ). Could be a right way ?
