depending on your case you can do quite a few differant things, you could have one pump feeding two radiators, each radiator outlet goes to the two cpu's, then one goes to the NB, one to the GPU, then back to the pump.
Or you could do from the pump to the rad, to a Y to the cpus, then back to the pump, and have another loop with a small pump and small rad for your GPU and NB
I think the obvious question here is how much room do you have, and also if you can afford to buy 2 pumps, 3 rads, or whatever
