the most used place is generally at the front of the case, especially in the pc70, it is quite deep, so you won't lose any pci slots, even with a big rad and duct. You could have the pump beside the resivoir, both just behind the rad, or you could mount the pump in one of your 5.25" bays, it'll probably take up 2 or 3 of them though, you could also mount the psu right at the top of the case, and have the pump just under it, ontop of the mobo
