I would suggest putting the res to the front side of the case if you mount it up top, with the rad adjusted towards the back if needed. Reason being so that nothing blocks the two 80mm inlet/outlets at the top back of the case. I'm guessing that your fan is going to be blowing out on the rad. If you restrict those back two inlets, then most of the air going to the rad will be the heated air from down below, leading to higher temps. (besides, I try not to put anything directly over the top of the p/s, just in case. Water doesn't conduct low DC voltages very well, but the AC in the p/s is another story all together)
I don't know what Phaestus had in mind, but I use a drill, a bolt, nut, and rubber grommets.
