Ugh, enermax stinks thats why your 5V is dropping a bit. The KR7A is much more forgiving on the Enermax than others like the 8KHA+. You are ok with those reading for now, but a Vmod will probably put you below 4.8 which I find is when stability is affected. If I were you I would purchase a new Antec 400watt or Sparkle 400watt, this would at least eliminate the PSU as being the limiting factor in your overclock.
