They will provide the bar stock precut to your request (+/- 1/8"). So for a 1/2" x 4" x 5" piece it's $9 (or a 1/2" x 4" x 4" it's $7.25).
Regarding shipping, a foot of 1/2" x 4" is right at 4 pounds shipping weight. It's about $6 for ground shipping of 1 foot, $8 for 2 feet. If you did 3-day Select it doubles the shipping cost.
So you're looking at around $12 per block including ground shipping and $15 using 3-day select.
