Pretty freeking sorry for a $40-$50 block!!! That was a default with the Xp1600+ aswell.

I just dropped on an Air cooler and it is running 37C load with 23C room temp at defaults. It is a $9 cooler to boot!!!

That outfit is there to screw people out of their money. Over priced crap!!!
