Pretty freeking sorry for a $40-$50 block!!! That was a default with the Xp1600+ aswell.
I just dropped on an Air cooler and it is running 37C load with 23C room temp at defaults. It is a $9 cooler to boot!!!
That outfit is there to screw people out of their money. Over priced crap!!!

These barbs cover a channel and a half!!! You can look down the hole and see one full channel and 1/2" of the one next to it. That just cannot be good. And the channels are tiny which I expected, but I thought they where deep to make up for the lack of width but they are not deep either
