Just took the system disconnected all cables and inspected the water connections. No leaks.

I know I have my "T" in the wrong place, should be just out from the exit port on the block. Before I assembled the water system I knew that's where it was to be placed, but I got side tracked somehow and messed up.

Anyway I just ran the pump with the machine on its back, ( no power to the PC) and didn't get any air bubbles to appear. I topped off the filler tube, now I can observe the level and see what happens.

Air has to be in the block or the radiator, if there is air in the system.
