yeah the block, if you noticed from the pic, its a maze2 block if its the old style then there are alot of 90`s in the block,

His block is also the higherst point in the system. So air goes in, and prolly doesnt come back out.

It would seem logical to me to have a T with a filler tube/ air bleed tube at the highest point of the hose going to the block.
