I think that if you made the 1/4 channels then reset your Y axis and X axis a little off, then it will go in and make it wider

Also I am using the handwheels (not the CNC) on this one. So all I have to do is crank the hand wheel over a bit and it will bore the channels a little wider. But I doubt I will have much left of the endmill once I finish it. I am going to order some new endmills later next week. I am going to pick up some tin and/or carbide tipped ones for the copper.
