Hi Fixiiit, the person who made this comment is DorrellCO and he answered my post which was,

How is this a patent problem? There are to many water blocks that use this design. All may not be in the spiral format, but in a court of law whether its spiral or rectangle they all use channels in the block to move water from point A to point B. Unless someone has a issued patent I do believe it will not hold up. Below are only a few block that use this design.

Danger Den
MaxXxpert
Gemini
Dtek
Z4
Swift
Koolance

DorrellCO Reply, The Spiral is a very different than anything you listed exept the gemini. Just because they all have channels dosn't mean anything. The difference in shape is all it takes. If there is a provable performance difference between then then that is also all it takes. Just because it is similar dosn't mean the patent will not hold up. Other wise AMD and Intel would not be competeing. Ford, chevy, and Dodge would not have different motors in a certain vehicle as they would just use the best design of the 3. Fixittt has a patent on the Spir@l and it can be enforced, if need be.
