My bad, I was informed that you DID have it patented. Does an intent to patent cover just as well for the 2 years? I know they are expensive as I tried before. It gets even more so if you have to take it ot court. Water blocks are patentable though and they will hold true if you can afford it. There are some differences between your Spir@l and theirs so a patent case may not work anyway.
