I got a floor model (it was in perfect condition). I only spent 170 bucks for a $300 drill press 
The only problem with it, is that you can't put extreamly small bits in the chuck. The chuck is a 5/8" chuck. I could just swap it out, but I need the large chuck for my big boring bits.
