U might try putting some 10 w 30 motor oil in yolur spindle bearings if U can. mine got a little noisey and it cleared it right up
Use a injection needle, and have the spindle spinning slow, it almost sucks the opil into the bearings.

No I havn't.

I messed it up a while back when I was milling that Copper circular block. The bit broke and bound up. In turn that tightened my end mill holder so freekin tight it will not come off(it is a threaded one that screws on). In my attemps I think I through off the balance of the endmill holder trying to break it free. I noticed my end mills don't fit so well anymore either.
I think that is the problem. I just can't get it off without messing up the rest of the spindal though as it will take a couple sets of vise grips and a hammer!!! It is really on there. And in order to use my collets I need to take that endmill holder off so I have access to the center shaft so i can use the lead screw.
