Yep, I i want to use anything under 1/8" endmills or my drill chuck then it needs to go. And I need to replace it to the damn vibration stops. it isn't all that bad really, but it is enough to have to replave I think. Without that holder I cannot use 3/8" shank endmills so I do need it. Sigh, there goes $30 for that and who knows how much to replace what ever I damage getting it off. Oh well.
